by its founder Late Shri. Kishan Kumar Khosla. The company started as Suppliers of Surgical instruments, Medical Disposables, Hospital Furniture & other Surgical Sundries, Physiotherapy Equipments, etc. meeting all kinds of Medical, Surgical,needs of hospitals in the state of Maharashtra, India.
Late. Shri. Kishan Kumar Khosla, was a man of Vast Vision, Iron will & Strictest Discipline. He had always promoted & motivated young hands. He therefore handed over to his grandson Mr. Akhil R. Softa in the year 1995.
Mr. Akhil Softa, kept up to his vision of his grandfather and promoted the company to the next levels by adding 2 new divisions. The Diagnostics division took care of the Diagnostic & laboratory needs of the Healthcare industry and whereas the Critical care division took care of requirements of Operation Theatre Equipments, ICCU equipments, NICU, Other Critical Care areas of Health care Industry.

The Professional Organization is run by set of professionals from Equipment, Surgical & Diagnostic Industries. The Marketing Dept. consists of personnel from respective industries and ably supported by Administrative, Logistics and Back Office personnel with vast experience. The Organization has branch office in Delhi and Gujarat and warehouses in different locations for effective and economical distribution.
